HOLIDAYS IN THE LECHTAL VALLEY

The town of Gramais is different than what you have probably seen so far. The biggest charm of this alpine jewel is its unique geographical location, at 8 km from the main Valley.

For the inhabitants of Gramais authenticity and closeness to nature are still very important values. In 2007 Gramais has become integral part of the "Lechtal Nature Park".

Gramais, with a surface of 32.44 km² and 55 inhabitants, is the smallest town in Austria and is located at 1328 m above the sea level.

Here, in the smallest Austrian town, there is a lot to be discovered both in summer and winter. Sportsmen as well as all those who prefer relaxing holidays won’t be disappointed. The surrounding mountains invite to hike, climb or simply have a walk and discover the traditional Tyrolean culture. Gramais is also the perfect place to spend a holiday with the whole family. Children will have fun, will discover nature and will get to know how life goes in a mountain farm.
